SHIPPING & RETURNS
We post only on Monday and Friday.
If you require your goods urgently, please contact me before placing your order to see if I can post it within 24 hours. Email firstname.lastname@example.org, text 0415 541 822 or fill in the form on the contact page.
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 for one item + $3 for each additional item/s. We ship using Australia Post regular service. Express Shipping can be requested at an extra charge. Please email email@example.com to arrange.
SHIPPING FEES WORLDWIDE
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $25 for one item. For more than two items, your shipping will be revised and we will be in touch with the extra International shipping rate of approximately AUS$10 on top of your paid rate.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Sale Items: We do not offer refunds on sale items or items purchased with a discount code. We will however happily offer an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months). We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
All other purchases: You may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit (valid 6 months). Orders returned after 14 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit (valid 6 months).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address. Refunds are applied to the original credit card or method of payment.
We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned item/s. Credit card refunds usually take about 5 days to process (depending on your financial institution).
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Only full priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately we will not refund on sale goods only exchanged or credit note issued.
